Everest Poker introduced a short cut to the top with The Elevator last month and its success is unprecedented; therefore they’re extending The Elevator through May.
Sometimes getting to the top just seems like such a struggle, and at Everest Poker they are well and truly aware of the problem; and they sympathise. It’s for this precise reason that the online poker site is offering the members of their online poker community a lift to the top or to be more precise, The Elevator to the top.
Normally if you want to get into the biggest tournaments and the live events through Step tournaments you have to start with step 1 and fight your way up all of them; that’s no longer the case at Everest Poker, or at least it’s no longer the case for a little while longer. The success of The Elevator in April has resulted in it being extended through May and this is how it works.
There are Step Token freerolls, yes that’s free poker tournaments, every night and not just one, but seven each night. Each of these free poker tournaments will have either step 1 or step 2 tokens to be given away amounting to a total of $23,250 in prize money. If you win a Step 1 token from one of the nightly freerolls at Everest Poker you might be able to skip Step 2 by playing in a Jump to Step 3 tournament from each of which five Step 3 tokens will be awarded. You’ll find the Step Jumper tournaments in the Live Tab in the Scheduled Tournaments area of the Everest Poker lobby; they’re highlighted in Purple. If you want to jump even further up the mountain you can also check out the Jump To Step 4 tournaments. The Jump To Step 4 tournaments will be held 4 times a day and each one of them will guarantee a Step 4 Token.
The tokens that you win through The Elevator could get you to one of many fantastic poker places including the WSOP, the Spanish Poker Tour, or the 3 Lander Poker Tour.
