Dealers Tip: What are Your Views?

This question may have been asked on many forms but I want to see the views of this forum members. Should we tip the dealer? And if yes than how much should we tip him?
I believe that tip should be given but the amount of tip should be fair and good. So that neither they are spoiled through big tip and nor they get demotivated by getting small tip.

Yes tip should be give. And it should go to dealer depending upon what amount you win.

Don't really like to go for live play. So don't bother whatever someone tip to a dealer.

The should be fair and with in limits. More tip does spoil dealer as they give more warm feeling to the player who tip them more.

More money always spoil employees. They start expecting more.
