What’s better than playing poker in the most prestigious tournaments in the world? Getting there with a package that covers all of your expenses? Doing it for free? Well, these are all options for those who play texas holdem for money, or in this case the chance of a lot of money, at PartyPoker. There are two packages available to members of PartyPoker; the first is a Main Event Package, and the second is an Experience Package which includes entry to a WSOP side event. Both of the packages being offered by the on line poker site cover the tournament buy-in, spending money, and hotel accommodation. Believe it or not, both packages can also be won for absolutely free.
There are daily on line poker WSOP freeroll tournaments running at PartyPoker – these freeroll tournaments will continue to run up until mid-June. They lead into a World Series of Poker Sub qualifier which in turn leads into another Sub Qualifier. So it continues until you get to the Sunday Final. In the Main Event qualifying structure there are 5 steps between the freeroll and the WSOP Satellite; for the Experience Package there are just 3 steps. Each route has its own satellite tournament running on Sundays from which at least 1 World Series of Poker package is guaranteed to be awarded. The Las Vegas Experience Satellite runs at 15:45 with a direct buy-in of $275 + $25, whilst the Main Event Satellite runs at 14:50 ET with a direct buy-in of $700 + $50.
