It's very easy to watch those playing poker on TV and think that you could do a better job, but what would it be like to really find out? PokerStars are offering their Irish members the opportunity to do just that.
Lights, camera, action: would your game be effected by an audience, by bright lights, by TV cameras clocking your every move? The truth is that there is only one way to really find out what kind of a TV poker player you would be, and that's to give it a go. Late Night Stars of Poker is a new show that is set to be aired on RTE Network 2 later this year and will pit online qualifiers against Irish sports stars and poker stars for a place in a televised final 8 player tournament with a prize pool of €50,000.
PokerStars is offering this exclusive opportunity to their Irish members and best of all, you could qualify for free, but you'd better hurry up because the qualifiers are only running until October 11th. In total you have 3 options for qualifying for the Late Night (Poker)Stars of Poker TV show; you can take part in a daily freeroll, you can play in a daily $1 satellite, or you can enter a Special VIP Qualifier if you have a SilverStar VIP status or above. If you qualify for the televised game PokerStars will provide you with $500 for expenses, and each of the weekly finals will have cash payouts to the top 15% of the field.
Don't forget the online qualifiers are only running up until October 11th; so, don't waste time, get playing!
