They say that pre-warned is prepared, well here's a heads up; the new show, PokerStars Million Dollar Challenge, will provide players with a password for exclusive entry to a $20,000 Freeroll.
There's nothing like interactive television and PokerStars have gotten it down to a fine art. Not only is their new show, PokerStars Million Dollar Challenge a brilliant combination of hope and glory, and glam celebs, but its contestants come from the web, and its viewers are equipped to go back to the web. If this sounds a little like double Dutch, don't worry, it will all become clear.
The PokerStars Million Dollar Challenge is getting started on October 11th on Fox and highlights PokerStars qualifiers' attempts to rise to fame, success, and riches against celebrities and PokerStars Pros. The show is going to be a whole lot more than simply great entertainment however, as built into the first two episodes of the PokerStars Million Dollar Challenge will be an opportunity for viewers to take part in a specially designed $20,000 poker freeroll, just for the watchers of the show. The first two episodes are to be aired on October 11th and October 18th at 16:00 ET; watch carefully because embedded in the show will be a password– this is your entry ticket to the $20,000 exclusive online freeroll.
If you're not satisfied with just watching the show, you still have a chance to partake in it. The PokerStars Million Dollar Challenge qualifiers will be running up to and including November 25th. The qualifiers are freerolls and winners are invited to send a video of themselves to the PokerStars final decision making committee who will chose the contestants for the show.
