Right now is your opportunity to make your dreams come true. PokerStars is running their Dream Job Australia poker promotion through which one player will find themselves as a PokerStars sponsored player which isn’t just a great title, but is worth $100,000 over a year. The sum is made up of $40,000 specifically for tournament buy-ins, plus a further $5,000 per month for a year as a salary; not only that but the winner of the Dream Job Australia promotion will have the opportunity to travel to their choice of ANZPT stops.
Running up until March 25th there are daily Dream Job Australia Freeroll Qualifiers – yes that’s right, freerolls. This means that this amazing prize could be yours for absolutely nothing. The top 9 players from each of the daily freerolls will go through to the weekly finals, the next one of which is to be held on March 19th and the next after that on March 26th. From the weekly finals the top 18 players will go through to the Grand Final which is to be played on Saturday March 27th. Those finalists will then have to prove themselves to not only the Team PokerStars Australia, but to you! This is what happens; following the Grand Final the 10 finishers will meet the Team PokerStars Australia, take part in a poker knowledge test, and then they have 6 weeks to make an impression on you through various social networking tools. At the end of the 6 weeks each finalist will have a tournament and you vote for the finalist by playing in the tournament. Novel, and ingenious!
