Carbon Poker have been extremely active lately, especially in regards to various
online poker series which they have been launching with regularity. Their latest invention in this respect is called the Carbon Poker Social OPS, a series aimed at luring players to interact with Carbon Poker over social media, more precisely, through Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
The promotion kicks off on June 1 and it is scheduled to last till June 14, when the last event is set to take place. By default, as part of the promotion, players will be able to take part in $1k freerolls every day. The interesting part of the setup is that they will actually be able to increase the prize-pool of these daily freerolls to $1.5k by increasing their social media interaction.
Like every respectable online/live poker series, the Carbon Social OPS will go out with a bang on its last day, which is June 14 and which features a sort of a "main event": a freeroll with a $5k prize-pool.

How exactly does the promotion work though? Every day, Carbon Poker will post an image to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for players to interact with. As the image is liked/shared/is re-tweeted, the prize-pool offered by the daily freeroll (which starts at $1k) stands to grow. If - by 17:00 server time - there are at least 15 of these interactions on the said picture, the prize-pool is raised. The daily Social OPS freeroll becomes available at exactly 17:30 server time, when the prize-pool has been set.
The freerolls feature a variety of interesting formats: there are Hyper-Turbos, 6-max events, 4-max ones, Mega Stacks, Turbo and Deep events. The very first one of the freerolls gets going on June 1, and the picture linked to it is posted on Twitter. Every one of the freerolls features a default prize-pool of $1k and a $500 bonus (added in case the above discussed social media interaction requirements are fulfilled). All Social OPS freerolls, with the exception of the June 10 one, start at 20:00 server time.
