The Online Poker Week - Fedor Holz Biggest Winner

This past week, the
online poker action was humming along, with previous winners amassing some more profits while the losers dug themselves into bigger holes. The biggest winner of the week was Fedor Holz, who finished some $132.5k above the red line. He only logged 957 hands spread over 10 sessions - quite an efficient run indeed. Holz wasn't the only big winner of the week: Elior Sion probably ended up pocketing more, but since he's opted out of tracking, it's impossible to tell exactly how much he banked. Another player who finished with a handsome profit was Ben Sulsky, who built on his last week's momentum, and finished some $107.5k in the plus column.
Patrik Antonius had a profitable week too, as did Phil Galfond, but their profits fell well short of the $100k mark.

Wherever there are winners, there have to be losers as well. This week, Phil Ivey continued his 2015 slump, taking another $421.8k to the back of the garden to burn. Viktor Blom joined him on the list of shame: his losses amounted to $282k.
One of the players responsible for Ivey's losses was Ben Tollerene, who relieved him of $175k, within just 89 hands. The slaughter took place at the $200/$400 PLO tables, and it lasted for less than an hour. The biggest pot of the bout was a $81.1k whooper, reminiscent of the golden age of high-stakes online poker.
Viktor Blom is still the year's biggest winner with more than $3.5 million in profits accumulated at PokerStars. At Full Tilt Poker, he lost some $1.36 million, which makes him the biggest loser there, but his overall profits are still impressive. Ivey is the biggest loser with some $2.38 million.
