Each team will try to qualify for the Five-A-Side Poker Championship Final by accumulating points through MTT’s, and ultimately play it out for a share of a prize pool exceeding $100,000.

Players can register their teams right now at the online poker site and can continue to do so up till May 8th. If you are a member of the online poker community and are thinking about putting together a team you can either pick from your friends who are already members of Winner Poker or you can take advantage of the refer a friend bonus to bring new friends to the site and get a special bonus to boot. Each team must have a Captain, a Forward, a Midfielder, a Defender, and a Keeper; it is up to the Captain to allocate the positions. Once your team is up and running the team members will register for the two weekly tournaments making up the 2 weekly leagues. The first is the Five-A-Side Poker Championship Gold League for which each tournament has a buy-in of $30 + $5 per team member, whilst the second one is the Five-A-Side Poker Championship Silver League with a buy-in of $5 + $1 per team member.  Teams that qualify will partake in the Five-A-Side Poker Championship tournament events running from May 16th through to June 9th at the online poker site.
