Those of you who remember Free Festival 770 will remember that it involved playing in lots of freeroll tournaments with lots of real money prizes. For those of you who missed it the first time round, it’s okay because occasionally dreams repeat themselves in the world of on line poker sites. Poker770 is running Free festival 770 again, and there’s approximately $50,000 being awarded in prizes each month.
The Free Festival 770 consists of a freeroll tournament being hosted every single hour until the festival comes to an end on March 31st. All Free Festival tournaments can be found in the Poker770 software under Tournaments and then Freerolls. The tournaments can be divided into scheduled and SNG tournaments. From 2 am to 1 pm daily there is the Free Festival $10, and from 2 pm to 1 am there’s the Free Festival $27.70. Of course the figures stated in the titles aren’t the buy-ins but rather the guaranteed prize pools! In addition to the scheduled freerolls there are also SNG Free Festival tournaments which have tiny buy-ins.
Last but not least members of Poker770 can qualify to play holdem in the ISPT through the Free Festival $27.70 freeroll tournaments. The top 10 finishers in that tournament will automatically get entrance to an ISPT qualifier. The ISPT or International Stadiums Poker Tour is set to be the largest poker event ever to exist with the finals being held in Wembley Stadium in June.
