A WSOP package isn’t the end of the game at UB; win multiple satellites and you could be looking at a prize of $5,000 in tournament dollars.
There was a time when simply winning a seat for the WSOP was rewarding enough, but today getting to the WSOP is only the beginning as the online poker sites give more and more away; just such an example is the King of the Satellites promotion now running at UB.
You can play free poker for big prizes, you can play tournaments for major event seats, and now you can rack up satellite wins in order to make big money wins. The King of the Satellites promotion at UB is the latest of ways to turn your poker playing into cash. UB is running a fantastic WSOP qualifying schedule with Main Event seats being given away through Step Sit n’ Go tournaments, and their 25 seat and 50 seat guaranteed tournaments which have great Super Satellites. But UB has upped the stakes, and now there are extra prizes to be won; the more of these satellites you win the higher your chances of winning a big cash prize.
The first WSOP satellite you win through UB will of course result in a WSOP package, but what do you do if you win two, or three? UB has come up with the answer. For every WSOP satellite you win you’ll get points for the King of the Satellites Leaderboard. Come July 1st and the top five players on the King of the Satellites leaderboard will be awarded with prizes in the shape of Tournament Dollars. The first place winner will get $5,000 in tournament dollars, the second $2,000 and so on until the fifth place winner who will receive $750 in tournament dollars.
The King of the Satellites is part of a whole WSOP lead up package being run at UB. The online poker site has already awarded tens of tickets to the event, is offering Final Table sponsorship, and will be offering members of its online poker community live coverage.
