There are on line poker series, and then there’s the Black Diamond Poker Open; bigger and better than most the rest it’s huge, and its here at Bovada Poker.
The Black Diamond Poker Open is underway and will run through till April 13th, with $3 million in guaranteed prize pools and over 200 events, you wouldn’t be able to miss this on line poker mammoth even if you wanted to. The BDPO is divided into two series; the Contender Series and the Championship Series. The difference between the two is the prize pools and the price of the buy-ins.
Every-one can play holdem in the BDPO Contender Series at Bovada Poker; it will kick off on February 18th and will run through till March 12th with guaranteed on line poker prize pools of $500,000. The distinguishing feature of the Contender Series is that all its tournaments feature micro to low buy-ins, and it culminates with a $50k Main Event on March 9th.
The Championship Series promises guaranteed prize pools of $2.5 million and will run from March 22nd to April 13th; this series culminates with an on line poker Main Event worth at least $300,000.
