2011 WSOP – The Ben Lamb - Kevin Saul Duel

While ex-PokerStars player Kevin Saul and Ben Lamb didn’t really lock horns directly on Day 2B of the 2011 WSOP Main Event, they were the two players who dueled it out for the overall chip lead.
Ryan D’Angelo had a more than decent day too. Saul had started the second of the two day 2 flights with 130k chips. He began adding to it as soon as the action kicked off and at one point he took over the chip lead with a stack of 495k. He then took a couple of hits and struggled around a little, before catching a huge break: he took down a massive pot, shooting past the 500k mark. The hand which eventually swelled his stack to 542k (still only good enough for second place) saw him push all-in on pocket Ks against an opponent’s A,Qo. The board blanked out and he became the second player to accumulate more than half a million chips.

D’Angelo battled Jean Robert Bellande in the meantime. D’Angelo started out building his stack slowly too, and it seemed like he would end up with modest gains at the end of the day, until he took down a monster 180k chip pot. The pot was a three way one, in which Bellande was involved as well as a player who shoved all-in with a pair of 10s and a missed flush draw. Bellande had pocket 9s and D’Angelo had a pair of 10s with an A kicker.

Ben Lamb Started the day as the chip leader, and he finished with the lead too. For the first few hours of the day, he didn’t achieve a whole lot. It was after dinner break that he got going, and he won a coin-flip. A little later, he won a three-way pot. Lamb eventually finished the day with 551k chips, to edge Kevin Saul for the lead.
Patrik Antonius and Sam Stein had excellent days as well.

My husband and i ended up being so more than happy that Louis could cotmelpe his homework through the entire ideas he had through your blog. It's not at all simplistic just to always be giving for free techniques which often a number of people might have been selling. And now we grasp we need you to give thanks to for that. The entire explanations you've made, the simple blog navigation, the relationships you can assist to instill - it's got all overwhelming, and it's facilitating our son and our family kn
