2013 WSOP – Second Day of Event #20 is a Wrap

The second day of the $1.5k Omaha Hi/Lo Eight or Better event (#20 of the 2013 WSOP) saw 219 players return to its tables with one immediate objective in mind: to make it past the money bubble. Indeed, with only the top 117 finishers paid, it was a race down to the bubble in the early part of the day. The field didn’t just manage to blow right past the bubble though, it actually played down to the final 22. The player who finished the day with the largest stack was Dale Beaudoin, who amassed 465k chips, shooting out far ahead of the pack. The only player who came somewhat close to his leading stack was Jason Rivkin, who finished with 418k chips to his name.
Quite a number of players were forced to go home empty-handed before the money bubble was reached and among them there were quite a few high profile players too. Mike Sexton, Eric Crain, Max Pescatori and Nick Grippo all finished outside of the money. Mike Matusow failed to get paid this time too.

After the bursting of the bubble, the action sped up again, claiming the tournament lives of yet another bunch of “name” players. Barry Greenstein faded away during this stage of the poker tournament, together with Men Nguyen, John Racener, Brian Hastings and Max Steinberg.
While the attrition was indeed high among the “name” crowd, quite a few such players managed to sneak into the top 22 after all: Todd Brunson made the cut (actually, he finished 4th overall, with a stack of 315k chips), as did John Monnette and Maria Ho. Jennifer Harman survived as well, albeit on a rather short-ish stack of only 80k chips. Randy Ohel finished within the top 22 as well.

I’m down with that Dave. Just deleted this site from my fiorvates. When his response to criticism from his readers is to suck a fat one then he cant be trusted. Two full days and no updates but he has the time to tell his readers that. His trading style is too crazy anyway to be of any use. He throws out indicator readings and then just blindly enters trades from his own gut feelings which are usually wrong. Boogster calls himself a full time day trader but no way he is by any means making a living off of
