50 Billionth Hand Promotion is Underway at PokerStars

The king of all online poker sites PokerStars is sure that this month is going to be one to go down in history, and as that historic moment gets closer members of the PokerStars
online poker community are waiting with baited breath. The historic event is the dealing of the 50 billionth hand; we would write that out in figures but to be honest, we can’t figure out how many zeros it would require!
In order to celebrate, PokerStars are promising big prizes for players across the board. For example from now till the end of the promotion each millionth hand will be marked and awarded; every player in each millionth hand will be awarded $50 for each and every VPP they earn in the previous 50 hands. That sums just gets bigger when we’re talking about the 50 billionth hand itself – from this hand players will receive $500 for each VPP point earned in the previous 50 games. Not only that but each player in the 50 billionth hand will get a free poker play entry to the $5,200 WCOOP Main Event to be held on September 26th. In addition to these
promotions, PokerStars is also running special
Sit & Go tournaments around the clock, a special depositors freeroll and VIP Club members can cash out $50 of credit for just 3,000 FPPs. All of these later promotions are available to the online poker community irrelevant of when the 50 Billionth Hand will fall, although rumour has it that that key hand will likely come towards the end of this month.
In other PokerStars news, the Million Dollar Challenge is back. Having clinched the title of the highest rated poker show in the entire of US television history, the second season is due to be aired this coming weekend on the FOX network. The series will consist of seven episodes to be aired on the following dates; September 19th, September 26th, October 10th, October 24th, November 7th, November 21st, and the $1 million grand final will be held on Dec 12th.
