The land of Guinness is calling to all members of the 888 Poker online poker community where there are currently satellites for the WPT Ireland with packages worth $6,500.
There is no country more beautiful and welcoming than Ireland, and the members of the 888 Poker online poker community are being invited to enjoy it first hand whilst playing in one of the best poker tours in the world. The World Poker Tour will be hitting Ireland in 2012 and 888 Poker members will be rubbing shoulders, and competing against some of the best known poker players in the world, all for free.
The packages being made available by the online poker site are each worth $6,500. The prize package covers the WPT Main Event entry of $2,500, as well as 6 nights in the City West Hotel on a half board basis, $1,400 towards travel and spending, a special invitation to an 888 Poker event, and a whole bunch of 888 Poker Merchandise. One of these prize packages will be awarded every Saturday evening at 19:05 GMT through the WPT Ireland Qualifier running at the online poker site. The direct entry to the World Poker Tour Ireland Qualifier is $200 + 20, which is a fraction of the buy-in to the event itself. However, if you would like to pay a fraction of a fraction, then you can try to participate in that qualifier through satellite tournaments running every 2 hours at 888 Poker.
There are 2 steps to that weekly World Poker Tour qualifier. You can buy into step one for just $1.20, and for every $16.50 one player will progress to Step 2. Alternatively you can buy-in directly to a Step 2 tournament run by the online poker site for a buy-in of $15 + $1.50. The WPT Ireland Qualifiers will run every Saturday until December 17th 2011.
