online poker site by those who play professionally may not have had a massive immediate impact on the site's bottom line, but it may well be a herald of another major shift that's already in the works. This new trend has been lent quite a bit of legitimacy by Viktor Blom, one of the most radical high stakes players ever to hit he green felt, and a player who is certainly on the cutting edge of everything that concerns profits at the online poker table. Blom has been noticeably missing from PokerStars' tables, so it has indeed been certain for a while that he took his action elsewhere.

While some thought Blom may be taking a break from the game, that was not the case. It turns out that he is now playing at various MPN sites and he's apparently winning big too. The site used to draw some 630 cash game players, but apparently other high stakes pros have joined Blom there too, as according to the latest numbers, there are some 890 players there now.
Last Sunday, Blom has apparently won some $340k.
