The European Championship of Online Poker V is to be held in November and December of this year, and satellites are to be running at CDPoker to get you your slice of the action.
The European Championship of Online Poker (ECOOP) came into existence in 2007 when $2,500,000 was given away in the 10 day championship series. 6 months later the second ECOOP was held, this time with an extra million dollars in the pot; since then, there have been two more championships, each lasting for 14 days with a combined prize pool of nearly $9 million. Following in this grand tradition, the fifth ECOOP is eagerly awaited with a guaranteed prize pool of $4,550,000, of which $1,500,000 is promised to the ECOOP NL Hold'em Event which will bring the series to an end on December 6th.
The series schedule consists of an attractive array of games and buy-in options, from the $1,000 PL Omaha, to the $100 NL Hold'em Turbo; from the $250 Limit 7 Card Stud, to that $1,500 NL Hold'em. Each day from November 23rd to December 6th will feature a different event, keeping players on their toes. There is no direct buy-ins of less than $100, so those of you who like to play but don't want to pay, check out the CDPoker satellites.
Satellites for all tournaments are to be running at CDPoker, with buy-ins at a fraction of direct buy-in costs.
