EPT Malta to Feature Live Spin and Gos and Flipouts

Hardly has the WSOPE wound down in Berlin, we're already in the midst of another major live poker event series: the
European Poker Tour's Malta stop. How exactly does the Malta stop stand out from among the other EPT stops, besides its location and the superb venue which hosts it? Apparently, the stop will see the live debut of games like Flipouts and Spin & Gos, games thus far only available in an online format. Given how interesting these game formats really are and how popular they have been online, they're certain to prove a hit with the EPT Malta crowd. The series will feature no fewer than 76 different events and it will span 12 whole days, wrapping up on October 31. The 50th edition of the Italian Poker Tour (IPT) will also be part of the green felt showdown in the Portomaso Casino.

The EPT Malta is a true poker festival, featuring not only tournament action but cash games as well. The highlight of it all is obviously the Main Event, which is set to run over 7 days, starting on October 25 and wrapping up on the final day of the stop, October 31. The buy-in for the Main Event is a rather hefty €5.3k, but obviously, there are qualifiers running for it at PokerStars, which let players claim their seats at the tables for much less.
