Full Tilt Repayment Process on Track

US players are apparently finally getting their monies from the Garden City Group, and this time it does indeed look like things are on the right track. The Garden City Group, the claims-administrator hired by the Department of Justice to handle the Full Tilt Poker issue, posted an announcement at their site a few days ago, letting players know that they were effectively “testing the waters”, looking to begin the actual money transfers.
The payments are apparently currently being prepared and the announcement posted on February 13, essentially confirmed that, for players who have submitted the correct forms and the right paperwork and who have confirmed their Full Tilt Poker balances.
According to the announcement, these players may notice a $0 transaction in the accounts where their Full Tilt Poker balances will eventually land. The procedure is just normal testing and not all banks do it, so some players may not receive such notices. The bottom line is: no one should be alarmed/concerned, regardless of whether they receive the $0 transaction notice or not. All those eligible to receive Full Tilt compensation, will receive their monies.

By the end of March, the Garden City Group plans to return some $82 million to Full Tilt Poker players thusly wrapping up the first leg of the monster remission process.
Players are currently still able to submit claims, until March 2, although such late claims are not guaranteed to be considered. The funds that affiliates and Full Tilt Poker pros have left in their accounts are still in limbo, as nothing definitive has yet been decided in regards to this money. For these players, there will apparently be a new claims-filing window, even though several times - before the actual remission process started - it had been announced that they would not in fact get any money back.
Play at Full Tilt Poker now, and take part in some of the best cash games the online poker industry can currently offer.
