Absolute Poker is launching additions to their tournament schedule that will make the CEREUS Network site a gold-pot, pure and simple!
As the poker world begins to calm from the excitement of the rebranding of UltimateBet into UB, its sister CEREUS Network site Absolute Poker, isn't about to miss out on all the attention. Absolute Poker has made some serious additions and changes to its tournament schedule, and frankly it's pretty impressive.
Half the week will see alterations to the Absolute Poker tournament schedule with a total of hundreds of thousands in guaranteed prize pools being added to the pot. Saturdays will see a new $50k guaranteed, a $15k Pot Limit Omaha 8 or Better deep stack tournament and a $20k Pot Limit Omaha deep stack tournament. Sundays will see the biggest additions however with a total of $400k added to the day's prize pools. The biggest of the new tournaments is a $200k guaranteed prize pool tournament, but there will also be a $100k guaranteed, a $20k deep stack, and a $40k Knockout tournament amongst others.
For midweek prizes, you might be interested in a Wednesday $150k guaranteed and an $80k knockout tournament, whilst Tuesdays will see a $75k guaranteed deep stack event.
As you can see, Absolute Poker may not have a new name, like UB, but in this case at least its what's on the inside that counts; and as for CEREUS Network, well, it's getting its message across loud and clear that it has its finger well and truly on the pulse, and is providing exactly what the players are after.
