Absolute Poker pro Matt Vengrin, or Plattsburg as he was known has earned over two million dollars in the course of his career both in online and offline tournaments. Come Halloween however the Absolute Poker star will be trying out a new role; that of host at what may well be the coolest Halloween party in LA.
The 7 Deadly Sins Halloween Spectacular will be held at Marbella club where tickets for general admission start at just $35. The club is going to be decked out according to the seven deadly sins, with different companies or organizations sponsoring each one. Absolute Poker is taking care of Greed and they've enlisted Vengrin to host the shindig. In order to embrace the theme, Absolute Poker is going to transform the Marbello Bank into a casino setting where guests are invited to take their chances on the blackjack, craps and poker tables.
The evening is set to be a huge success, and who knows maybe some of Vengrin's luck might rub off on you – after all it is the night of all hallows eve, stranger things have happened.
