Online Poker Action – Ben Tollerene Soars Past $2 Million

As the EPT San Remo Main Event wrapped up, many high profile professionals hit the online tables again. Victor Blom was among the returnees. Together with Phil Galfond, the Swede logged an extremely profitable week, finishing $212.2k above the red line. Galfond on the other hand finished with a $297.7k profit. He however was much more efficient than Blom. While the Swede played 201 sessions totaling 11,548 hands for his haul, Galfond only logged 28 sessions for a total of 3,365 hands.
Wherever there are winners, there have to be losers too. This week’s biggest loser was Patpatman, who dropped $654.5k. Ilari Sahamies didn’t fare much better either. He finished the week $264.2k below the red line. The two of them were joined on the list of shame by Alex Millar, who shed $227.9k in only 2,831 hands.
While Ben Tollerene wasn’t among the biggest winners, he was arguably the hero of the week. Having logged a $178.7k profit last week, Tollerene kept his eyes on the prize and took down another $216k haul on Thursday. That chunk of “change” propelled his year to date profits clean over the $2 million mark. Most of Tollerene’s recent profits came from players like Ilari Sahamies, Viktor Blom and “RaiseOnce” at the $200/$400 PLO tables.
The biggest pot that Tollerene managed to take down was an $89.9k one, which he won in a three-way hand, in which Odd_Oddsen, Ilari Sahamies and a player known as “azn_baller3” were also involved.

Friday was beyond doubt Viktor Blom’s day. The Swede returned to the virtual felt, winning $511.8k in an 18-hour long marathon session. Most of that money came from none other than Patpatman.
