With the
2015 WSOP just around the corner, some of the poker pros seem set on sneaking in a few more profitable sessions at the nosebleed stakes online poker tables. The Spring Championship of Online Poker offered them a great stage to practice their tournament skills, but the cash game tables saw quite a bit of action last week too. Indeed, among the online poker headlines generated last week were Jason Mercier's incredible SCOOP run, Chris Moorman's new Triple Crown and Viktor Blom's first ever Twitch stream.
The biggest winner of the week was none other than Isaac Haxton though, who finished with a $310.4k profit, in the wake of some $114.8k in losses incurred the week before. Haxton was extremely efficient too: he only played 1,197 hands spread over 19 different sessions to walk away with the said amount.

Wherever there are winners, there have to be losers as well, and last week, none came bigger than Mikael Thuritz, who lost $271k over 2,396 hands. natalie724 finished under the red line as well, as did Ola Amundsgaard and JayP-AA. The previous week's biggest winner, Phil Ivey, started out losing some $195k in a little over an hour to HoldemJill9. He later recovered some of that money from Cort Kibler-Melby though, playing 2-7 Triple Draw. At PokerStars, he finished with a profit of about $77k.
