PartyPoker’s Software Re-launched

A few days ago, we were telling you that PartyPoker were preparing for a major software overhaul, and indeed, earlier today the new software/brand went online. We are glad to see that all the rumors we had heard about the software were true and then some.
The phase-one release, which is already online, features a brand new look as well as a bundle of new and exciting features. The PartyPoker logo has been refreshed, the interface has been changed and a host of new features were added, even as the site made a priority out of preserving everything that players loved about the old setup. The new software can already be downloaded for Mac and PC and it has been made available in a no-download variant as well. For the first time, Android and iOS based mobile users can enjoy the new software too.
While many of the planned features have not been rolled out yet (they’re coming in later update-phases), the phase-one release includes novelties such as the one-click lobby, which is unique to
PartyPoker, and which makes the finding of cash games and tournaments a cinch for all players.
Missions represent a more then welcome addition: they give players something to gun for besides money and FPPs. The new system doesn’t put any pressure on players: they’re free to complete the various missions at their own pace and at the end of the day, they will be rewarded with cash prizes, tournament tickets and other such useful perks for fulfilling the missions.
The new Achievements system represent a nice addition to the Missions: players can now brag about their online poker accomplishments through their profiles and activity feeds.
Finding new friends is easier than ever through the new PartyPoker interface. Players now have actual social-media profile pages, which can be customized and their privacy settings can be tweaked.
Go on, sign up to the new PartyPoker right now and test out the new features personally.
