No stranger to huge on line poker tournaments, Americas Cardroom is gearing up to host The High Five which promises great poker play and huge guaranteed prize pools.
In the past Americas Cardroom has hosted huge on line poker series such as the OSS, and next month those who play holdem competitively at the site are in for a pleasant time. With $350k in guaranteed prize pools The High Five will be running from November 20th through till November 24th.
Just 5 days, we here you ask? Well yes, it’s just 5 days, but with days this intense, you wouldn’t be able to handle any more than that. The series is going to be huge with several events running on each day, but of course the highlight is going to be the High Five. The High Five refers to the 5 big tournaments running one on each day, and they’re not just for the folks who play holdem. You’ll find on the High Five schedule all sorts of formats for both holdem and omaha players, and best of all the buy-ins start from just $2.02.
The biggest of the High Five tournaments is going to be the Main Event. The Main Event will run on November 24th starting at 5 pm. The direct buy-in is $200 + $15 and the guaranteed prize pool is a very hefty $150,000. Other highlights of the series will include the Mega Stack Hyper tournaments to run on November 21st and 22nd. Members of Americas Cardroom are in for a great time, and with a leaderboard to boot there’s everything to play for.
