Despite the sun blazing and most on line poker sites still selling sizzling summer promotions, Mansion Poker is planning ahead and awarding seats to the Irish Winter Festival.
Whilst most of the world would consider the end of October to still be autumn time, it’s fair to say that in Ireland, that time of year is already winter, and how best to celebrate the coming of winter than to play holdem in a huge land based poker tournament. The Irish Winter Festival will be held in Dublin from October 26th to October 28th, and Mansion Poker is one of the first on line poker sites to be awarding packages for it.
The Mansion Poker prize packages are worth €1,700 and include your seat to play holdem in the Irish Winter Festival Main Event which would usually cost €1,000 + 125, 4 nights accommodation, plus some money towards travel and spending. The first Super Satellite will run on June 11th, and they will continue to run every week until October 10th. In total there will be 3 super satellite tournaments running each week. Sunday will see the €120 Irish Winter Festival 2013 A Super Satellite at 21:00, Whilst Tuesdays and Thursdays will see the Super Satellites B and C run with buy-ins of €60 + €6 and €20 + €2 R/A respectively; both of those tournaments will start at 20:00.
In addition to the Super Satellite tournaments themselves, Mansion Poker invites members to play holdem in qualifying satellites which are already up and running and can be bought into for as little as €0.30 + €0.03.
