Its official, Christmas is coming; we know because the on line poker sites are starting Christmas promotions. Best of all is the Winner Poker Xmas Giveaway.
Winner Poker’s Xmas Giveaway is bringing Christmas cheer to all and sundry, even though it’s only November. But hey, you can’t start celebrating too early, and as such Winner Poker is the first of the on line poker sites to run a Christmas promotion, and what a Christmas promotion it is.
The Xmas Giveaway is a weekly leaderboard race that will run for the next 6 weeks. The first race period is from November 11th to November 17th, and the final race period is from December 16th to December 22nd. During each of these race periods, players who play holdem and other qualifying games on cash tables will earn points towards the leaderboard race. There will be two leaderboard races for each period; Group A and Group B. Group A races are for VIP levels 2 through 5, whilst Group B races are for VIP levels 6 through 10. Each week there will be a $500 cash prize pool for the Group A race and a $1,000 cash prize pool for the Group B races. All members of Winner Poker can take part in the Xmas Giveaway leaderboard races; they simply need to opt in by registering for the Winner’s XMAS Giveaway Opt In tournament, which is a no play tournament.
The top 20 players in each week’s leaderboard will get a prize, whilst players who finish in positions 21 through 100 will get invited to take part in a special $200 freeroll tournament. In addition to this any player who will take part in a minimum of 3 races will also get a free seat in the winner Poker XMAS $4,000 main event.
