PokerStars' Spin and Gos Make Another Millionaire

It may have come late in the month, but it is now official indeed: April has created 2 millionaires at PokerStars, through the site's popular Spin and Gos. Finally, a player not from Russia managed to get Lady Luck to side with him: a Polish player who goes by the moniker "bladsonpoker" managed to take down the $1 million. The two other lucky players who were present at bladsonpoker's table when news broke of the huge prize-pool, represented China and Norway. "hooomlesnurr" (Norway) and "ROliver CEO"(China) both picked up $100k, and they didn't even have to do a whole lot for it. In fact, the winner, bladsonpoker didn't invest much effort either: due to the super-fast structure of the tournament, it only took him 29 hands to secure the big prize. Perhaps the greatest thing about the deed was however the fact that Jamie Staples managed to stream the whole thing live through Twitch.

Another cool fact linked to bladsonpoker's win was that he was playing on his mobile phone, and he was registered in another poker tournament as well. That other tournament was a $4.4 NL Holdem event, which featured 4,767 participants, and in which bladsonpoker continued to play even after his win, apparently completely unfazed by his once-in-a-lifetime haul.
Everyone included, bladsonpoker has become just the 24th player in the history of online poker who has scored a $1 million win. Russia's CccpVodka was the one who broke the ice in PokerStars' ongoing promotion, taking down the second ever $1 million haul awarded by one of the site's Spin and Gos.
Play at PokerStars. Regardless of how you look at it, it's well worth it: the tournament action is great, the live event qualifiers likewise and lately the cash game scene has taken off as well.
