The World Series of Poker Europe is about to land in Germany for the first time ever, giving players the chance to grab some prized
WSOP jewelry facing perhaps less competition than they normally would on a quest with such a lofty objective. There will be no fewer than 10 bracelet events, as well as a Main Event featuring a buy-in of €10.45k.
The scene of the action will be the Spielbank Casino and the first event of the Series is the €2.2k 6-Handed NL Holdem one, which is set to kick off on October 8 at 2 PM Local time. One of the highlights of the WSOP-E will be the Octoberfest NL Holdem event, which is scheduled to take place on October 9. This tournament will feature no fewer than 4 starting flights and it will thus hopefully play host to scores of players who can afford to pay out the €550 buy-in.

Another interesting thing about this year's WSOPE is the fact that Twitch coverage of the action shall commence on October 10, and it will go on till October 22. Commentary shall be provided by none other than David Tuchman. All coverage will be delayed of course. For 7 of the events, the hole-cards will be shown too, though these tournaments will be covered with a 30-minute delay. For the remaining three events, the delay will be set to 5 minutes only, but no hole-cards will be shown. Instead, an "above the table" perspective shall be used.
WSOP.com will provide live updates on the action, and it will cover every single one of the events. The Main Event and the €25.6k High Roller will be televised as well.
