If you’re a poker fan you probably know all about the London Live GBP 10,000 event. It is the one that propelled Annette_15 to fame, and it is the one where the cream of the crop of the professional poker world from both sides of the Atlantic locks horns year after year. I suppose it’d be a silly thing to ask you whether or not you’d like to take part in an event like this. Sure you would! The problem for most of us though is that the direct buy-in costs about $20,000 which is twice as much as the one for the WSOP's Main Event. Sure, the prize pool will be equally buff, but I don’t suppose there are many everyday Joes out there who can afford to spend that much on a poker tournament regardless of the possible return. This is where Betsson comes into the equation by offering a series of satellites and sub satellites that make it possible for everyday Joes to win a seat for a fraction of the direct buy-in.

Those with a thicker poker bankroll can sign up directly for the Qualifier finals (which run on every other Sunday) for $300+$20. Those who cannot afford to spend even this much on it still have other alternatives at their disposal. By winning one of the sub-satellites (which start from $2+$0.25 all the way up to $50+$4) they can gain access to the finals.

The package that players win in the finals consists of the buy-in ($20,000) and an additional $4,000 which players can spend on accommodation and on just about anything else that catches their fancy.
