Play at Ladbrokes Poker in December and earn Ladbrokes Player Points. Depending on how many such points you gather by the end of the month, you’ll enjoy one of two rakeback schemes.

If your player point balance exceeds 25,000, you’ll receive 30% rakeback (you’ll get 30% of the total rake you generate, back). This rakeback deal is automatic, it doesn’t require any sort of intervention on your part.
If you gather between 10,000 and 25,000 player points, you will still earn a 25% rakeback, however, you’ll have to submit a request form in order to be eligible for this deal.

Starting about December 15th, rakeback claim forms will be available at Ladbrokes’ site and in their poker lobby. Make sure you fill out and submit one of these forms if you meet the required number of player points, otherwise you’ll miss out on your 25% cashback payment.

Keep your PPs available till the end of the month (don’t spend them on other promotions) and make sure you use your user name in the form and not your table alias.
