The WCOOP, still raging at PokerStars, has been cutting into the high stakes poker volumes over at Full Tilt Poker for quite a while now, and this week, things in this respect reached a new low. Last week, the biggest cash game winner, Isaac Haxton, took home some $712.9k. This week, the biggest winner was Sanlker, and his $222.5k haul provided a perfect illustration of the reduced pace.
Sankler logged 2,913 hands spread over 22 different sessions to accumulate the above said sum.
While usually, Full Tilt Poker’s big winners are more than a head and a shoulder above PokerStars’ cash winners, this time around that was not the case. The second biggest winner of the week, Ben Tollerene, came from
PokerStars. His week’s haul tipped the scales at $212.7k, for which he only played 1,262 hands, spread over 10 different sessions.

If the winners were rather unimpressive this week, the losers were not off the chart either this time around. The biggest loser of the week was “bbvisbadforme”, who ended up dropping some $276.6k over 2,682 hands. The second one on the list of shame was Ravenswood13, who lost $187.1k, over 1,717 hands.
Despite the fact that they weren’t among the biggest winners or losers, the two players responsible for the most spectacular bits of action this week were Denoking and Doug Polk. Unlike their last bout, this week’s confrontation between the two regulars resulted in Denoking’s victory, who ended up some $300k above the red line at the end of their weekend session.
On Monday, they got down to playing again, and Denoking gave most of his weekend’s profits back: Polk finished with $278k in profits that time.
