At Betsson Poker the on line poker sites Sensational Race is turning heads, and so it should with $50,000 in prizes up for grabs.
Betsson Poker is running one of the biggest monthly leaderboard races to be found in all on line poker sites this month – the Sensational Race. One huge race lasting the length of the month means that sparks are flying, and sensitivities are high. In order to take part in the Sensational race all members of Betsson Poker need to do is play holdem on line.
The October race got underway on the 1st of October and will run right up till October 30th. Points can be earned when you play holdem at real money cash games, MTTs, and sit n’ go games. Betsson Poker will award players with 3.6 player points for each $1 taken in tournament fees or rake. Of course the more player points one earns the higher one climbs up that leaderboard. The leaderboard positions are updated daily making it very easy to keep track of one’s progress. At the completion of the October Race players who finish in the money must email Betsson Poker in order to claim their prize.
In total the top 135 players will get sensational cash prizes from the sensational race. The top prize is a very generous $5,000, the 2nd place prize is $3,800, and the 3rd place prize is $2,800. Unlike in many other on line poker sites however, Betsson Poker only awards sizeable prizes in the October Race. As such even the smallest prize which is given to those who finish in positions 91 to 135 is a very respectable $100.
