The poker grapevine – Sorel Mizzi cheating again?

Sorel Mizzi has apparently been caught cheating again. Having had his name dragged through the mud previously on similar accusations, this latest scandal was truly the last thing the poker pro needed. Of course, he denied the allegations again, but it’s really his word against John Racener’s (he’s the one who made the accusations), as there are no witnesses to the alleged cheating affair.
Responsible for bringing the alleged affair to light was Shaun Deeb, who started a thread on one of the popular poker forums a while ago, providing details about the incident. According to Deeb, the two players were playing heads-up at the
PCA, when Racener noticed Mizzi dealing from the bottom of the deck. There was no one else in the room, so there were no witnesses.
Mizzi, who apparently frequents the same forums, posted his take on the issue in a reply, in which he obviously denied he had ever attempted anything of the sort.
According to Racener however, Mizzi called him shortly after the cheating had been consumed and begged him not to make it public.
True or not, having already been involved in something similar makes Mizzi the prime suspect in the case.

The interesting thing about Glazer is that she has only been playing poker since 2008, yet she is already considered the best female poker player in Australia. She had one hell of a coming out party when she finished in the money in the very first live event she ever played in. She has amassed around $100k in tournament winnings so far.
