The poker grapevine - Vanessa Russo getting rid of her Lamborghini?

It has apparently become fashionable lately for poker players to sell their belongings on eBay. Those who missed the chance to bid on Peter Eastgate’s 2009 WSOP main event champion’s bracelet might take interest in the fact that there is another bargain in the works: PokerStars’ Vanessa Russo has her 2007 yellow Lamborghini Gallardo up for sale. If you check the auction out on eBay, you will be able to buy the car right away for a measly $126,500. Being a Lamborghini, the car obviously comes with all types of extras like heated mirrors, USB connections, iPods and computers. The car has 12,875 miles and you can bid on it until December 17th. Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to own a piece of automotive and poker history. Oh, lest we forget: there have been apparently only 5,000 such cars ever built.

In other news: Lock Poker has decided to integrate SharkScope into the new player dash that it will offer in its updated software. As certain poker industry members are gradually moving away from trackable nicknames and player stats that anybody can browse through, Lock Poker is swimming against the tide by making advanced stats available for its players. Lock Poker players can use SharkScope to check their own stats or to gather information on their opponents.
Lock Poker's move represents the first time ever that an online poker site will make advanced stats tracking available directly from its interface.

With the frigid temperatures and a generally abysmal weather sweeping through the UK, the PokerStars United Kingdom and Ireland Poker Tour’s Galway main event has been postponed. Instead of taking place on Thursday as initially scheduled, the event got pushed back to Friday. The good news is that players who are already at the scene will be offered a €10,000 freeroll by PokerStars as compensation for the unforeseen change in schedule.
