PokerStars, and Jared Bleznick was at the center of it.
Patrick Antonius did swing into action at Full Tilt Poker, but the biggest online pot went down at PokerStars.
Bleznick put in an impressive 25 sessions, playing around 2,800 hands and logging a record profit of $330,310 for the week.
While the biggest winner played at PokerStars, Full Tilt retained the biggest loser of the week. David Benefield was the one who deserved the dubious title, after he dropped more than $329k to various opponents over 11 sessions.
The biggest pot of the week was a nearly $200k big monster, for which two players almost literally flipped a coin at PokerStars. BRAZZMONKEY and Urubu111 were the protagonists, and the $50/$100 heads-up NL Holdem tables were the scene at PokerStars. They agreed to a flip and sure enough both of them shoved close to $100k into the pot before the flop. Urubu111 got the shorter stick at the deal, picking up a 7,3o. BRAZZMONKEY had K,8o. The board gave both players a low pair, but BRAZZMONKEY’s was higher and he took down the pot which accounted for all of his profits for the week.
The second largest pot of the week developed at PokerStars too. Jared Bleznick and refaelamit locked horns at the $100/$200 PLO tables and refaelamit managed to steal a $112k monster.
Gus Hansen also finished among the winners for the week, together with im2tight and ilvdnfl.
