The betting tokens are essentially free poker buy-ins through which you make your bets; this is how it works. The more you play at Titan Poker throughout the World Cup the more betting tokens you will earn based on the number of tournaments and ring games you play in. You can get one betting token per day of the schedule. With the betting tokens you are then able to partake in a tournament based on your preference for that day’s match. For example, if you had a bronze betting token for the first day of the tournament and you thought France would win their match against Uruguay, you would register for the tournament WC Bronze – France wins SNG; alternatively, if you thought for example that they would draw, you would register for the tournament WC Bronze – Draw SNG.
Whether you win or loose the bet, or win or loose the hand, you are in for a prize. For example, in the example of a Bronze level player, if you won the bet and won the SNG you’ll win a $5,000 freeroll token; if however you lost the bet and lost the SNG, don’t despair because you still get a free poker entry, in this case for a $1,000 Freeroll. The higher your status level, the higher your prize, with the maximum of a $150 prize for platinum players who win both the bet and the SNG.
In order to qualify for a token each day you must play the required amount within 48 hours directly proceeding the match kick off, and you then have a daily betting period from 20:30 GMT to 18:30 GMT the following day. We have not however, lost sight of the big $1,000,000 prize. Whilst you can be earning cash and free poker entries along the way, the big score lies at the end. Depending on how many correct predications you made you’ll be in for a large cash prize from Titan Poker. If you correctly predict the outcome of 7 of the World Cup matches, you’ll get $7,500.
