When April turns to May the Warrior will begin; that’s the Warrior League at Titan Poker from which WSOP packages will be in abundance and ready to be won.
The WSOP Warrior League will consists of nine tournaments in which Titan Poker players will battle it out for the most points and a shot at the top prizes that are available through the promotion. This is a WSOP promotion, but it’s one with a difference, and one with prizes that can’t be missed. Titan Poker isn’t simply offering a Main Event package, although that in and of itself would be very nice. Rather Titan Poker is making available various combos of World Series of Poker Main Event and Side Event packages with a very healthy dose of spending money thrown in for good measure too. For example the first place prize is worth $25,000 and includes the Main Event buy-in, Side Event #56 buy-in, and $7,000. Position number 2 get’s you the buy-in for two side events, the Main Event, and $3,600 spending money; whereas position number 3 get’s you the buy-in to 3 side events plus a couple of grand for spending. All of these prizes include accommodation, and the top 12 finishers in the Warrior League will receive a World Series of Poker package or entry to tournaments which could result in one.
So that’s what you win; now how do you play? May is when it all goes down; between May 2nd and May 30th there will be 9 Hold’em NL tournaments. There is one straight up entry fee for the Warrior tournament - $300 + $20, and that buy-in will get you entry into all the Warrior League events, and of course there are also satellites at Titan Poker that can get you into the league for less. Once the league is under way, players will play in all tournaments earning points along the way – the higher you finish, of course the more points you get. The final tournament of the League will be the WSOP Warrior League Grand Final; the top 200 players from the first 8 tournaments will be invited to play in this tournament, and the prizes will be awarded to the players who make the most points in this tournament.
Satellites are already underway at Titan Poker, so armour up – the WSOP Warrior League is coming.
