Tournament Tickets are the most recent new feature of Unibet Poker, and once you get used to them, you'll wonder how this wasn't thought of years ago. In essence a tournament ticket does what you would expect it to – it represents a tournament buy-in. However there are 3 different types of tournament tickets, each with a different purpose and providing a varying amount of flexibility allowing an extended scope of opportunity to be presented to you.
The first type of tournament ticket is a Tournament Specific Ticket which is the same as getting a traditional tournament buy-in; it can be used for a specific tournament only with no trades. The second type of tournament ticket is a Tournament Group Ticket. A Tournament Group Ticket is a ticket that you can use for a tournament of your choice so long as it falls into a particular group of tournaments normally with the same buy-in. One example of a Tournament Group might be Unibet Open satellites. In this case you could redeem your tournament ticket to partake in any Unibet Open satellite that you wished, so long as it was part of the Unibet Open satellite group. The third type of tournament ticket is a generic ticket which is similar to the group ticket in that it is often determined by buy-in, but the generic ticket can be used for any tournament with that buy-in, in other words it does not have to be part of a particular group.
You will notice as you navigate the Unibet Poker software that the tournament tickets have already become an integrated part of your account, with your Ticket Balance being displayed next to your Poker Balance.
