The packages being played for are worth €2,750 and include the event buy-in, 4 nights’ accommodation and some cash to help you out with travel and other expenses. In order to get your hands on one of these packages you must play in a Weekly Sunday Final each of which has 5 packages guaranteed. The weekly Sunday Final poker tournaments take place every Sunday at 20:30 CET and have a direct buy in of €275. If you’d prefer to satellite your way to the Weekly Sunday Final however you are invited to do so with daily freerolls, daily €3 satellites, and daily €1 satellites; these lead into daily €5 re-buy satellites, and daily €30 satellites.
The Unibet Open was most recently in Budapest where 460 players took part in the four day event at the Sofitel Hotel with Anthon-Pieter Wink emerging victorious to the tune of €172,500. The Golden Sands event will be the second event of this year’s Unibet Open and is expected to be a roaring success not least of all due to its incredible setting next to a national park and beautiful golden sand beaches. The event has a direct buy in of €1,500 + €150 and has a cap of 500 players.
