Prague is arguably one of the most beautiful cities in the world: Old, romantic, and the perfect place to make your name as a poker champion in the WPT Prague with a package from PartyPoker. Right now the qualifiers are underway at the online poker site for this exciting event in this exciting city, and there is every opportunity to win a package. The Prague stop of the World Poker Tour, the newest stop to be added, will be held at the Corinthia Casino and the packages on offer to members of the PartyPoker online poker community are worth $7,500 including the main event buy-in, spending money, and accommodation. The event will take place from December 1st to 5th, but of course the qualifying process begins today!
Every single day at PartyPoker there will be free poker play tournaments that could result in one of those WPT packages. The daily free poker play tournaments will see the top 50 progress to the next level of qualifiers. These are daily $1 Sub Qualifier Speed Rebuy tournaments, but there are also daily $5.50 + $0.50 Sub Qualifier Speed tournaments. From these daily tournaments, successful members of the online poker community will continue to take part in the WPT Prague Satellite Qualifier. This again is held daily, it has a buy-in of $40 + $4, and 1 in 10 players will progress to the WPT Prague Satellite. From each WPT Prague Satellite, one package is guaranteed. The tournament will be held each Sunday at 13:45 ET and has a direct buy-in of $375 + $25. For every 20 players partaking in this qualifier, one package will be provided by PartyPoker.
The qualifiers at PartyPoker for the WPT Prague will run until November 20th.
