The Spanish Poker tour will be taking place on April 18th, 19th and 20th, in the Gran Casino de Aranjuez, in Madrid, Spain. For all those on the hunt for well-paying live events it can be a great way to warm up for the WSOP while taking a share of the pretty impressive € 2 million prize pool offered by Everest Poker. Such tournaments will take place every week in the major Spanish Casinos, with a € 2,500 buy-in one wrapping the season up in December.

The Spanish Poker Tour will feature a direct buy-in of €1,000+€100, payable on the spot, but alternative qualifying ways will also be available. Everest poker will make it possible for its players to win a seat for as little as $3+$0.3 or $11+$1, sub-satellites which send players to 5 Direct Entry satellites. Each of these Direct Entry qualifiers will give away 10 guaranteed seats for the event. Each package will be worth $2,500.

That sounds like a pretty cost-effective way to reach a prestigious live event on spare change, but for those who do not play online, a live satellite will also be available.
