There are four leaderboards running at any one time at PartyPoker – two weekly leader boards and two monthly leader boards. In this way whether you like to play sit & go or MTT, or whether you like short and intense, or the long haul, PartyPoker is running a leaderboard for you.
When you play online poker for money at PartyPoker you will automatically earn points towards the leaderboard. The amount of points you earn will depend on the buy-in of the tournament and your finishing position in it. The weekly tournament leader boards will run from 00:00 ET on Monday to 23:59 ET on Sunday each week, whilst the monthly tournament leader board will run from 00:00 ET on the first of each month to 23:59 ET on the last day of that month.
Of course when you play online poker for money at PartyPoker contributing to your tournament leader board position, you are not just playing for the prestige of proving your skills; you’re also playing for good old hard cash and prizes. The weekly leaderboards will award the first place finisher with $600 in cash, positions 2 to 10 will receive a ticket to the $200k Guaranteed Sunday tournament, and positions 1 to 50 will get an invite to a $1,000 TLB Freeroll. The $1,000 TLB freeroll will run each Sunday at 14:00 ET.
