The World Poker Tour is coming to a continent near you, and Everest Poker is intent on sending players to take part. The Grand Prix de Paris is coming up quick, and the qualifiers are coming even quicker. The WPT Grand Prix de Paris Main Event will be held in the Aviation Club de France on the Champs-Elysees, Paris from May 8th to 13th; but to get a seat you need to think about qualifying now!
The packages that Everest Poker players may find themselves with are worth a very generous $15,000 which includes the €10,000 buy-in. To win a seat at this once in a lifetime event with its €2,000,000 plus prize pool you have two options at Everest Poker. The first option is to use a $2,500 Winner’s Choice prize to take part in a WPT Grand Prix de Paris event; the Winner’s Choice tournaments take place each Saturday at 20:30 GMT. The second option is of course a direct qualifier for the Main Event. Everest Poker will be running qualifying tournaments between now and April 12th. There will be one on March 29th, April 5th, and May 12th. The direct buy-in for these poker tournaments is $1,168 + 45; however you could qualify for the tournament for as little as $2 through the Everest Poker Steps program. The Steps program at Everest Poker gives you the opportunity to either start at the first step at a minimal buy in, often just $1.80 + .20 or 500 Summit points, or jump into any of the higher steps, up to step 6.
