Full Tilt Poker members face the hugest challenge, worth up to $50,000 in their Bust a Pro freeroll tournaments.
When you play texas holdem for money every-one has a dream of beating a pro. Most of us figure however that we will never really have the opportunity to go up against a pro, and let’s face it, even if we did we’d probably bust out, so is it really worth the investment? What if you could play texas holdem for money, big money, against a pro at no cost to yourself? This is exactly the opportunity that on line poker members of full Tilt Poker currently have with the Bust a Pro promotion.
You can qualify for the Bust a Pro promotion when you make a deposit of $20 or more and a minimum of 25 FTPs on one day. If you have fulfilled both of these criteria you can chose which $10k freeroll Bust a Pro tournament you wish to play in. The choice is to play in a Gus Hansen or Isildur1 Bust a Pro tournament. There are two qualifying periods the first is December 15th to 21st, and the second is December 22nd to 28th. Any FTPs you earn on top of the 25 required to qualify will earn you extra chips in your starting stacks.
The promotion doesn’t end there however. The winners of the on line poker Bust a Pro tournaments will be invited to play in a sequence of Heads Up matches in January. There will be up to 3 rounds of heads up matches. The first will allocate a $5,000 prize to the winner and a seat in round 2. Winners of round 2 will get $15,000 in addition to their round 1 winnings, but then will have to face a choice. The choice is to go on to Round 3 where there is a potential prize of $50,000, or to walk away with the $20,000; the player who enters round 3 and loses will lose everything.
