It’s all very well getting the WSOP Main Event, for those of you that will have the opportunity to do so, but have you considered what you’ll do once you’re there? After all we don’t all have a poker calculator for a brain, and we don’t all manage to turn free poker into millions of dollars. Well, Full Tilt Poker is offering the online poker community an excellent opportunity to get to the event that all the online poker sites are talking about, but to also be prepared once they get there.
Running until June 20th the Full Tilt Poker Academy WSOP Main Event Challenge will be taking place at the online poker site, and will not only get its winner to the WSOP Main Event but will help them to do well whilst they’re there. There are two ways to win yourself an entry to the Academy Challenge free poker tournaments which will provide winners with those much sought after packages for the WSOP. The first method is through the Sit-N-Learn tournaments. All players who complete a Sit-N-Learn tournament will be awarded with at Tournament Ticket for a daily round 1 freeroll from which the top 100 finishers will earn a place in a weekly round 2 freeroll tournament. The second method into those free poker tournaments is the Academy Challenge; anyone who completes the Academy Challenge will get a round 2 freeroll ticket.
The winners of the round 2 freerolls will be awarded with seats for the Challenge Final which will be held on June 20th. The victor of the Challenge Final will win a once in a lifetime opportunity. The winner will get a $12k WSOP Main Event package from Full Tilt Poker, but in addition the winner will have the chance to get personal tutelage from a Team Full Tilt pro. Always up for the challenge, Full Tilt Poker will award $5,000 if the winner of this opportunity manages to outlast the Team Full Tilt pro, and what ever happens the whole thing will be recorded for the Academy web site.
