As the MiniFTOPS XIV series gets underway at Full Tilt Poker, let's check out some of its highlights and some of the other great promotions being run by the site.
The MiniFTOPS has turned into quite literally a little gem of the poker year – with "little" being the operative word. For many people, the idea of big buy-in tournaments sounds very exciting but a little daunting, and that's where the MiniFTOPS steps on. The fact that this is the fourteenth edition of this series pays tribute to the success of the idea. Starting today there are 25 events in total with more than $4 million in prize-pool. All of the events have buy-ins much smaller than a regular series event tournament would be, thus offering players all the excitement of full scale tournaments, but at mini prices.
The MiniFTOPS isn't the only attraction currently running at Full Tilt Poker however. You will also find a hugely competitive qualifying structure for both the Aussie Millions, and most recently for the Main Event of the WPT LA Poker Classic and the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star Championship. All of these events are world class offline poker experiences, and the packages being offered worth upwards of $12,000 will only enhance the experience.
In addition, Full Tilt Poker is running their ongoing bonuses such the 100% deposit bonus on first deposits up to $600, and of course Full Tilt Poker is home to Big Money Sundays, which sees the Sunday Brawl, the $750k Guaranteed, and the Sunday Mulligan, all in all adding up to a Sunday prize pool $1.3 million!
As we said, the MiniFTOPS is defiantly worth checking out, but clearly, it's not the only thing to check out at Full Tilt Poker right now.
