We all know the rags to riches fairytale, but what about the $1 to $multi-million fairytale? Members of Full Tilt Poker could be writing it with $1 Main Event Seats.
If you’ve ever dreamt about winning the WSOP Main Event you wouldn’t be alone. Be it veteran members of the online poker community wanting to prove their worth, new players wanting to make a name, or even non-poker players wanting a big prize, everyone has though for a second about what it would be like to win that huge prize pool. Now, what if you could make that dream come true at a cost of just $1? Members of the Full Tilt Poker online poker community can do just that.
Running through till June 26th, the online poker site is running $1 Main Event Seat tournaments. These tournaments will run at Full Tilt Poker each Sunday at 13:30 ET, and run in Multi-Entry Tournament format, so you have more chances than ever to get yourself that seat. From each of these tournaments one prize package will be allocated, except for the last tournament of the month when double the number of packages will be allocated and the tournament will have double the buy-in. The regular buy-in for the $1 Main Event Seat tournaments is $1 + $0.10 but members of the Full Tilt Poker online poker community also have the option to qualify through satellite tournaments.
The prize package is worth $12k and includes the main event buy-in plus $2,000 for expenses. Full Tilt Poker doesn’t stop there however. Any members of the Full Tilt Poker online poker community who finishes in the money in the 2011 WSOP Main Event will be rewarded with a Main Event package worth $10k for the 2012 WSOP. Not only that but if a Full Tilt Poker qualifier wins the Main Event they will get a $10,000,000 bonus from the online poker site in addition to the regular prize pool winnings!
