Always known as THE destination for the best online cash games, Full Tilt Poker have obviously always had live event qualifiers running and they have always been involved in the live scene too to some extent. Now though, they have taken that involvement to an entirely new level with their IPO (International Poker Open) a series of live poker events (sort of like
PokerStars' EPT), which is set to kick off in May 2015, wrapping up in April 2016. The IPO is advertised as one of the best live poker series in Europe, and by the looks of things, it does indeed feature more affordable buy-ins than many of its counterparts. Every stop of the IPO features a Main Event, which is a $250 Freezeout tournament. Obviously, Full Tilt's players will be able to qualify for the IPO events online at the site.

The first stop of the IPO is the Bray one (all the currently scheduled events take place in the UK), and it kicks off on May 22, wrapping up on May 24. There are other events scheduled currently as well, in Cork, Newcastle, London, Killarney, Dublin and Limerick. According to the site, additional events will be added to the schedule.
The first direct access satellite takes place on April 26, 2015, it is a NL Holdem event and it features a $25 buy-in. The interesting thing about these qualifiers is that players who win an IPO ticket through one of them, will be able to put that ticket to use in any of the IPO events. Another great thing about these tickets is that they do not expire and players can win as many of them as they can essentially. The additional tickets can be used for other IPO Main Events, or even for re-entries in the same event.
Those who do not have a ticket can also use Full Tilt Poker to make their registration for the IPO events online.
Registering for the online qualifiers at the site is a walk in the park: all players have to do is to set their filters in the browser area to Tournament, Satellite, All, All, and then to select all of the following options: Freeroll, Micro, Low, Medium, High, Highest. The IPO tables are labeled IPO Satellites in the resulting tournament list.
